We offer delivery services to the Mainland UK  – Please note certain areas incur additional delivery charges.

There is NO DELIVERY CHARGE if you select the IN-STORE PICKUP option on checkout. However, you then need to arrange to come to one of our showrooms to pick up the order in person by completing the Order Comments or contacting us separately. Please remember to bring along the credit/debit card you used to pay for your order together with some form of identification.

DELIVERY SERVICES AVAILABLE
Our standard delivery is usually within three days of despatch and can be up to five days. A next day delivery service may be available, please contact us on 01709 369812

Please be advised that we cannot guarantee next day deliveries between the months of October through December due to the number of orders processed during this extremely busy time for the firework industry.

For orders required for 5th November, our deliveries take place from early October to ensure we have time to rectify any problems that may be incurred.

Due to the explosive content of fireworks, our courier charges cost us more than ordinary deliveries, therefore, in an effort to keep your costs down, we subsidize our customers delivery costs. 

A Signature is required for all Consignments. We recommend you use a delivery address where you know someone will be available to take receipt of your order, therefore avoiding additional re-delivery charges.


It is a legal requirement that it should be someone over the age of 18 years, as proof of identity may be needed.


Delivery is made Monday to Friday during normal working hours.


If the courier attempts delivery and no-one is available to take receipt of your order you will incur additional re-delivery charges.


Please also make sure you only sign for the amount of items delivered and that you check you have everything you have ordered immediately. Do not wait until the day of your display before checking the contents. Should you be missing any products, we then still have time to rectify the order for you.


CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGES
Claims for shortages must be made in writing within three days of receipt of your order by post or email info@globalfireworks.co.uk detailing what is missing and your consignment number. We can then contact the couriers for the location of the missing item. In the event the item cannot be found we will either send a replacement or arrange a credit.


DAMAGED GOODS
In the event of our products being delivered to you damaged please take photographs, and please notify us immediately on 01709 369812 or via email at globalfirework@gmail.com so we can arrange a replacement and collection of the damaged goods or a refund.


PRODUCT INFORMATION & SUBSTITUTIONS
All fireworks conform to the European Standard EN15947 and are supplied on the condition they will be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

No consequential losses arising out of the use of any products will be accepted.

Payment is required with confirmation of your order. We do not offer a sale or return facility.


Purchasers must be eighteen years of age or over. It is illegal to sell adult fireworks to anyone under 18. It is illegal for anyone under 18 to possess fireworks in a public.

Prices are correct at the time of going to press but are subject to change without prior notification.


All firing times on our products are approximate and for use as a guide only.

Our website is regularly updated, but occasionally a product maybe out of stock.

Every effort is made to complete your order in full but should the need arise to make substitutions they will be of the same value or greater.


Loose orders do not include portfires, rocket launchers, safety goggles or ear plugs. However, we strongly recommend purchasing these items in addition to your fireworks, for your own safety and convenience.


CONSUMER PROTECTION
When the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply, Global Fireworks will accept cancellation of an order provided that the consumer confirms in writing to the address of Global Fireworks within seven days of receipt of the goods.


Upon receipt of such cancellation, Global Fireworks will notify the customer of the procedure for the collection of the goods. There will be a charge to the customer equal to the collection and return to Global Fireworks.
